Jersey with tropical and toucans print
Jersey has a many of positive
qualities - it is easy to maintain, easy to clean, soft, comfortable, and well
absorbs moisture. When you are sewing knitted garments, that you don't
have to worry about zippers, because the textile is flexible with
elasticity.
Jersey is suitable for
all-season clothing and is is considered as an irreplaceable textile. If you
want to sew leggings, underwear, baby clothes, dresses, sweatshirts, sweaters
or comfortable pencil skirts, this fabric will be the most suitable.
Jersey may be knitted from
natural fibres, such as wool, cotton, as well as artificial, mixed and
synthetic fibres. The composition and type of knitted fabric determines the
characteristics of the material.
Natural fibre jersey is more enjoyable, but it
can be easier to stretch and lose shape.
Mixed or synthetic fibres more easily dries, preserves its shape better, but
tends to get out sooner.
