Regulations
The legislation of the Republic of Latvia stipulates that the owner of the Internet shop must specify the terms of delivery and return of the goods, as well as the right of withdrawal. Such a reservation is called a distance contract (the Cabinet of Ministers).
Distance contract
This seller of the goods offered in this Internet store, on the one hand, hereinafter referred to as the Seller, and the person who makes the order, hereinafter referred to as the Buyer, on the other hand, concludes the following Agreement:
The Seller undertakes to sell and deliver the Goods to the Buyer, in accordance with the Buyer's order.
Delivery and payment arrangements
The buyer orders the goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of the goods to be ordered. The buyer has the opportunity to pay for the item using the Internet-based payment tools or paying the invoice prepared by the seller and ordered by the seller by e-mail. The bill is prepared electronically and is valid without signatures.
The seller provides the delivery of goods within 20 days from the receipt of payment for the goods, the time of delivery agreed with the Buyer.
If we do not have stock of a particular item in your order, we will contact you as soon as is practical to outline your options – whether it is to wait for re-stocking, swap for a different product, or refund part or all of any payment made.
Payment methods
You can pay for your purchase on our website with:
Paypal; invoice transfer; credit cards.
Right of withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to cancel the Goods within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the Goods by sending the Seller a letter of refusal. The Seller sends the letter of withdrawal to the Buyer by e-mail at the request of the Buyer.
The buyer is obliged within 7 days after sending the refusal letter to return the goods to the Seller in the same condition as received without damage. All expenses incurred in connection with the return of the goods to the Seller shall be borne by the Buyer.
The buyer can not exercise the right of withdrawal if:
ordered goods can not, by their nature, be returned, or they are perishable or can be quickly used;
ordered goods are made directly to the Buyer on an individual order;
the buyer has opened an audio or video record or a computer program package.
Section 12, Paragraph six of the Law on Consumer Protection of the Republic of Latvia states that "the consumer is responsible for preserving the quality and safety of the product during the term of exercise of the right of withdrawal". The Seller reserves the right to refuse to use the right of withdrawal or to compensate the Buyer if the product is damaged, during the period of use, carelessly handling the product or failing to observe the instructions, if the original packaging of the product is lost or if its packaging is seriously damaged.

By entering information, the Buyer agrees that the notices related to the processing of the Buyer's order will be sent to him by the indicated e-mail.
